Our Process

UFirst Internet Marketing works a little different than most marketing agencies. You don't start by buying a "This is what everybody else is doing" plan and then we throw basic generic content at you and hope like hell it works.

NO, we begin with an initial analysis of your business and an indepth consultation to determine where your business is today, where you want it to be, and what needs to be done to get it there. We'll then work with you to implement the new business plan that will be the most beneficial for your budget, timeline, and written-down goals.

We will work with you to train you and your team to start the implementation process.

We will continue to work with you to monitor the results and fine tune the marketing strategy as required when necessary.

Long story short.

Put us to the test! If you're serious about building a successful business and you've decided that now is the time to finally seek out the professional help that can make a dramatic difference in your revenue and profit, then click the link below and we'll show you how we help small business owners to generate more leads, attract more clients and make more money then they have ever made before.

Owning your own business can be a very rewarding experience.

However, when you start up your own business, YOU BELIEVE that you will be your own boss, control your own destiny, and maximize your potential; however I have found after working with many business owners that they soon discover ttheir ideals have to be tempered by unnecessary red tape & compliance requirements, third party demands (bank, tax, BAS, workers, suppliers, customers, etc), family pressures, and personal space.

In order for a successful business to be able to provide the local area with a product or service that is in demand. Anytime you plan on starting up a business, there are a number of steps that you will need to take to ensure that your business will be successful. Taking these steps will allow you to make your business reputable and profitable.

When starting your business you will need to decide on many things. The type of business you want to start up. What structure you will operate under - personal name, trust, company, partnership, etc. As well as evaluating the demand of your chosen product/service and analysing the potential customer base for that product/service, you will also want to acquire adequate funding for a successful startup and launch, and decide on a location in which to operate.

Businesses will also need to market themselves, as well as provide the best possible service for their customers. Following these basic steps will ensure that a new or an existing business can reach its goals and become one of the best in its local community and beyond!

Does My Small Business Need A Website?

Do small, local businesses really need a website?

Yes! Mobile search is taking over, with the majority of on-the-go users visiting local businesses within 24 hours of doing their research. If you don’t have a website, you could be missing out on massive opportunities to reach nearby customers looking for products and services just like yours.

Does Your Business Need a Tune Up or a Launch?

If your business is in need of a tune up or start up launch?

Yes! We Can Help!

We don't need to tell you that it is a tough world to own and operate a business. If your business is not operating well then the chances are it will not survive. The real opportunities lie within the business model itself.

Starting from where it is today...

  • Where does it need to be
  • How does it get there
  • What needs to change
  • How do we implement those changes
  • When does it need to change
  • What budget do we have to work with

This process is called a Business Tune up. Together, RedCap Consulting and UFirst Internet Marketing, we want to help you and your business survive and, more importantly, prosper!

What is a Business?

A Business is the organised efforts and activities of individuals to produce and sell goods and/or services for profit to customers.

Most people will probably start their business for one these following main reasons...

  • It is something you wanted to do your whole life
  • Forced upon you through a job loss, death, or forced relocation.
  • Something that will grow out of an experiment or a hobby
  • An opportunity too good to be true will present itself and you are crazy enough to try and turn it into a business.
  • Can't stand the current boss / work environment
  • Believe you could do what you currently do better and make more money while doing it.

If you have not thoroughly researched your desired business or obtained the required education prior to launching your business, then the ‘University of Hard Knocks’ awaits. I have learnt that you will get your business education in either 1 of 2 ways.

1. You pay out money to get knowledge from a school, or coach/mentor, or apprenticeship.

2. You lose money through failure

Either way - IT will cost you to get your education!

Whatever your reason is; it’s almost too late to educate yourself AFTER you take the leap to start your own business. Especially because that’s what happens when you do not create a well researched business plan.

DON'T get trapped into thinking that building a successful and profitable business is more luck than skill. To succeed in business today, you need to be teachable, have a great work ethic, an ability to be flexible, and have good planning and organisational skills.

Many people start a business thinking that they no longer want to work for a boss, and that if just the act of turning on their computers, or opening their shop doors that they will start making money; only to find that making money in a business is much more difficult than they thought.

You can avoid this in your business by taking your time and planning out all the necessary steps you need to best position yourself to achieve success.

Do Small, local Businesses Need A Website?

YES!

What you absolutely need to know about when businesses need a website?

Mobile search is taking over, with the majority of on-the-go users visiting local businesses within 24 hours of doing their research. If you don’t have a website, you could be missing out on massive opportunities to reach nearby customers who are actively looking for products and services just like yours.

Getting Started

Whether you’re building your first website or optimizing a current one, there comes a time for every business owner or entrepeneur to examine what actually makes an outstanding small business website.

After all, you need your website to do it all: represent your business, capture leads, close sales, climb to the top of search engine results, and connect to all your other digital platforms seamlessly. And you—you have to do it all too: choose your content, write & design your pages, connect your marketing tools, test it out, and not spend a million dollars or hours getting from A to B to blastoff.

In this article, we’re going to discuss 5 quick tips that will help take you from ‘I need a website’ to ‘my website does wonders for my business.’

1 – Start with preparing a website strategy

Every successful small business website has one commonality: a well thought through strategy. With a plan in place, you are best positioned for success when it comes to supporting lead generation goals. Your website plan should answer the following four questions:

  • Who is your audience?
  • What is your website’s goal or goals? (Rank and prioritize them!)
  • What functionality will your website have? (what’s critical and what’s a ‘nice to have’?)
  • What information do you need/want to give website visitors?

2 – Set a clear page hierarchy

After you have developed the overall goals and a blueprint with tips on creating a website for your business, the next step is making it easy for website visitors to find content. To do this, make sure your page hierarchy is clear.

Social Media today suggests bucketing your content by theme and importance. Most people on social media don’t follow business web pages to be sold to, but rather to get information in the most anonymous fashion possible (as they do not want to be harassed by your "pushy" marketing).

Try physically drawing a plan as you create a high-level outline. Most people freeze up at this point so it’s important to visualize your website structure!

Neil Patel says, "The better your site structure, the better your chance of higher ranking in the search engines. Every website has some “structure.” It might be a rigorous and streamlined structure, or it may be a disorganized jumble of pages. If you are intentional and careful with your site structure, you will create a site that achieves search excellence."

Six Steps to Creating Site Structure 1. Plan out a hierarchy before you develop your website. 2. Create a URL structure that follows your navigation hierarchy. 3. Create your site navigation in HTML or CSS. 4. Use a shallow depth navigation structure. 5. Create a header that lists your main navigation pages. 6. Develop a comprehensive internal linking structure

3 – Keep it simple

When you design a business there are always things that can be done better, however simple design and text are essential to creating an effective small business website. An overly complicated website doesn’t convert. Too many page elements lead to website visitor confusion.

So, long story short, uncluttered visuals and text have the most significant impact on your audience. And, while we’re on the subject of simplicity, keeping your color scheme minimal is key, too. Two to three colors is all you need to make an impact.

Be pragmatic in your color selection and strengthen content delivery via the use of white space within your small business website design.

4 – Maintain well-defined calls to action (CTAs)

As a small business, you don’t need to be apologetic in your presentation (Sales Pitch), but you do need to clearly state what it is that you want people to do.

Use phrases like,

  • “Subscribe to our newsletter,”
  • “Book your reservation now” or
  • “Email us for a free quote today.”

After you identify your page structure, sketch out your content sections and maintain well-defined CTAs, then layer in conversion opportunities like pop-ups, alert bars, and more!

Your lead forms should be prominent and enticing as well.

REMEMBER:

  • People Do Not Like To Be Sold - BUT They Love To Buy.
  • They LOVE TO BUY from people/businesses they trust.
  • The goal of your website is to create TRUST with your prospective and current customer base.

Creating helpful content, designed to help solve customer problems and address their pain points, is critical when building trust. Many of your prospectsive customers will be looking for the same information, so use your website to provide it to them.

Trust comes before sales

Trust is a requisite for purchase, especially when shoppers today have countless options available at the click of a mouse. Every business owner has to start at the bottom with no sales and no social proof to leverage. With these strategies in place, however, you’ll hopefully be in a better position to win your first few sales and work your way up to a stellar reputation that continually inspires trust from a growing, happy customer base.

5 – Make your website design responsive - to suit all screen sizes

Did you know 90% of small business websites don’t have the mobile device in mind when creating their websites? Your website might look great on a desktop computer, but be absolutely terrible on a mobile phone's small screen.

In 2019, 52.2% of all website traffic is generated via mobile devices, by the end of 2019 the number of mobile phone users is forecast to reach 4.68 billion.

Before publishing anything on the web, always consider desktop and mobile devices. Having a business website that isn’t mobile optimized can drive away potential customers, hurt your SEO, and look unprofessional.

Designing for Success

Your Customer is Mobile!

Digital marketing is hard, right? Everyone looks to you to work your miracles, how-to-pull-a-rabbit-out-of-a-hat 101. Not just once, but time and time again. Whether it’s growing your own (or your employer’s) business, or as a consultant to increase your client’s bottom line; everyone is looking directly at you for fast results.

How do you know where to start? With so much information out there—with everyone telling you that their way is best—it’s tough to know where to start. Choose the wrong information, method, or template and you could waste hundreds of hours of your time and cost your company a lot of lost revenue. Not to mention the cost of failure to you professionally.

But it doesn't have to be like this.

If you want to do things differently. If you're determined to get straight to the right answer....

Then here at UFirst Internet Marketing, we are determined to put yoU First in assisting YOU to be successful in business.

A Business' website that works - must be "Mobile" friendly.

Mobile search is taking over, with the majority of on-the-go users visiting local businesses within 24 hours of doing their research. If you don’t have a website, you could be missing out on massive opportunities to reach nearby customers who are actively looking for products and services just like yours.

So as your marketplace is increasing in number of mobile users who will access their online information from their mobile devices, it is imperative that YOUR visitors are having an easy and positive experience with your mobile website.

Mobile-friendly websites consider the following factors: Legible and bigger text size and content that fits the page.

So In this article about designing for success - I want you to look at the CONTENT you will be delivering to your targeted customers.

Designing CONTENT for a marketing website that works

1 - Your Target Customer Profile

To design an effective marketing website we need to take a step backwards and look critically at our business marketing plans and our typical targeted customer.

So when devising your business' marketing plans and/or marketing campaigns, you MUST always start with understanding YOUR customer First.

Do as detailed as possible profile of your target customer - age, gender, socio-economic status, what is their changing needs, wants, and characteristics. Once you have your Target Customer Profiled - then, that’s where we start our recommendations and solutions for your business success.

So, it’s essential to effective digital marketing that we better understand our targeted customer and the content forming the digital value proposition that will engage them throughout the sales lifecycle.

2 - Customer Focussed Content

Your marketing efforts - whether online or offline - is all about working out which content to select that will best meet your business goals AND actively engage YOUR target customer.

When creating CONTENT that will actually work, Jay Baer insists that our content must contain the 'YouTility' factor (Why Smart Marketing is about help not hype!). When Creating business value increasingly equals creating customer value. Customer-centricity isn’t a goal anymore, it’s the basis. And usefulness is key to achieve it: remember the crucial role of the customer’s voice and of intent in a connected customer experience approach provides the framework of your marketing design.

So with your Youtility (Usefulness-to-the-customer-in-mind-designed) website - stop trying to be amazing (bells & whistles) and just aim to start being useful.

I don’t mean this in a Trojan-horse way, where what you produce is a glorified infomercial that pretends to be useful but is actually a targeted sales pitch. I mean a genuinely designed helpful to the customer website, “How can we actually help you?” kind of a way.

3 – Keep it simple

When you design a business webpage, there are always things that can be done better, however simple design and text are essential to creating an effective small business digital shopfront - a properly designed customer focussed website.

An overly complicated website isn't appreciated by your target customer. They want a story that has been written with them in mind - one that is respectful, one that is not condescending, one that is easy to navigate, and one that actually provides solutions, ideas, and interest.

So, long story short, strengthen your targeted content delivery via the use of white space within your small business website design to make it easier to read and propagate correctly on the small screen of a mobile device.

4 – Create useful calls to action (CTAs)

As a small business, you don’t need to be apologetic in your calls to action, but you do need to clearly state what it is that you want people to do, or where you want them to go!

Use CTA phrases like,

  • “Subscribe to our newsletter,” or
  • "Subscribe to Access our Private Deals" or
  • “Book your reservation now,” or
  • “Email us for a free quote today.” or
  • "Free 30 Minute Consultation" or
  • "Contact a Consultant Here" or
  • "More information"

After you identify your page structure, sketch out your content sections and maintain well-defined CTAs, then layer in conversion opportunities like pop-ups, alert bars, and more!

Your subscribe forms should be prominent and enticing as well.

Many of your prospective customers will be looking for the same information, so use your website to provide it to them.

Trust comes before sales

Trust is a requisite for purchase, especially when shoppers today have countless options available at the click of a mouse. With these strategies in place, however, you’ll hopefully be in a better position to win your first few sales and work your way up to a stellar reputation that continually inspires trust from a growing, happy customer base.

Can You Start Your Own Business With No/Low Money?

Yes - Done Right It Can Be Successful Too!

Can you start a business when you have no / low money?

Starting your own business can be a journey filled with excitement and apprehension at the same time. Going down the road towards business ownership, will teach you new things about yourself that you never knew before.

1 Ask yourself what you can do yourself and what you can get for free.

2 Build up six months' worth of savings for all your expenses BEFORE you launch into your new business

3 Ask those who believe in you (your friends and family) for extra funds (Social Crowdfunding)

4 Apply for a small business loan when you need extra cash.

5 Look to small business grants and local funding opportunities.

6. Start part-time and use your current job to finance your start up.

7. Build a FREE online store.

8. Join an Affiliate / Referral Marketing program.

9. Offer a services based business based upon you knowledge & sweat equity

10. Find out about—and woo—potential business partners or angel investors.

If you want to do things differently. If you're determined to get straight to the right answer....

We believe that running a Small Busines is more than buying-yourself-a-job, it is your life, it is what you love, it is where you believe that you can make a difference.

Here at UFirst Internet Marketing, we are determined to put U First when assisting YOU to become successful in your business ownership dream.

At least once in your lifetime, you should start a business of your own.

You hear and read about everyday people starting their own business. You might even have some friends or family members who are running their own businesses.

One of the best things you can do as a first step is to reach out to the current business owners in your own network of people and interview them BEFORE you start your own business.

Another option is to talk to some small business owners you have done business with in the past and see if they can spare you some time to give you some handy hints about owning a business.

One of the biggest challenges I encounter as a consultant, is helping business owners GIVE UP the EMPLOYEE MENTALITY and embrace a BUSINESS OWNER mentality. Trust me, there is a vast difference between these two mentalities.

As a prospective business owner ask questions like:

  • What is it like to own your own business?
  • What’s the best thing about owning your business?
  • What are some of the greatest challenges as an business owner?
  • Were there any mistakes that you have made that I could learn from?
  • As you approach the business owner, you will find that most of them will be happy to share their experiences with you.

The main reason I want you to talk to some business owners first is because you will get first hand exposure to what it’s like starting and owning and maintaining a business.

From my perspective, I started my own business as an 11 year old, who leased land from my father to grow crops (cotton, wheat, mung beans initially), I really had no idea what it really took to be an employee. I had to get experience as an employee to better round out my business ownership skillset

Starting your own business with no/low money IS possible.

Starting a business with no/low money is possible - it will not be easy - but it is possible through hard work and becoming efficient with meagre resources.

You have an idea for your own business, except you don't have any money to start it. Lack of capital is a common excuse for failing to start a business. However as a turnaround business consultant, one of the problems I have to help owners fix is small business issue of insufficient CASHFLOW to pay debt obligations.

You don't need a miracle, but you do need to follow certain steps to successfully start a business with no money.

Here are some quick tips on how to start your own business with no or low money.

1 - START PART-TIME

Keep your current job. Starting a new business is very risky and has a very high failure rate.

Starting a business with no money is even riskier. Have a well thought out business plan so you do not jeopardise your family’s financial well-being. The longer you keep your income from your current job the less pressure you put on yourself to take out money from the business to pay bills and not invest in growing your business.

When you start your business you are not ready to walk away from a steady income. It’s true that you’ll have to work harder, but you can keep paying your bills as you grow your business. Once your business starts to generate PROFITABLE revenue, you can start thinking about transitioning out of your job.

2 - START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

Build a Business on something you know. Build on your past and current passions and experiences.

Instead of trying to start a business in a niche outside of your speciality, stick to something you know a lot about. Build your business on your proven skills and marketplace-gained knowledge.

It is true that you can learn new skills, but it will take time (and often-time expensive learning mistakes). If you want to successfully start your own business quickly; you have to focus on what you can do NOW not what you can do well in the FUTURE.

Learning new skills will require more time and additional expenses (which you cannot currently afford). You might have to take courses, get regulatory licenses, pay consultants/coaches/mentors, etc.

Starting a business in a field you are familiar with - will give you additional confidence.

Business is hard enough already - without adding more stressors to it!

3 – START WITH 1 EMPLOYEE - YOU!

Do all (or as much as possible) the work yourself - initially!

Starting a business with no money means that you have to learn to do things that you would normally delegate to an employee or an outside company. I agree that it’s exhausting to do all the work yourself, but you don’t have the budget to hire help.

Doing everything yourself you will be able to put every dollar POSSIBLE - back into your growing your own business. It will be tough! However, it is the only way to build up a cash reserve when you start a business with no money.

Most people forget that when you start a business - You are not just the owner, you are in fact its FIRST EMPLOYEE. Many businessess fail because you - as the owner - forget to PAY your employees! So many business owners get so tired trying to make a success at their business that they often burn out when the work becomes too much because they are scrimping and scrapping to pay others but forget about the health of themselves.

Small business owners tend to fall somewhere near one of the two ends of the pay continuum; either they’ve paid themselves almost everything leftover (after covering the meager business expenses each month) or they’ve paid themselves nothing in an effort to reinvest in the business for growth.

  • When you’re paying yourself everything, you make bad decisions when it comes to spending on growth (marketing, training, networking) and ease (software, contracted/outsourced help).
  • When you pay yourself nothing, you have a distorted view of how much money it actually takes to run the business - because of all your free labour. This in turn can lead YOU to either resenting your other employees who you think should either put more effort in or you believe they undervalue your sacrifice.

Now, if you find yourself near the middle, good for you, as you have best positioned yourself for long-term success.

4 – START WITH A HIGH PROFIT SERVICE BUSINESS

Service business owners are the everyday heroes who make our lives run smoothly — think of the people who wash your car, cut your lawns or your hair (hopefully not with the same equipment), do your bookkeeping, assess your taxes, walk your dog, design your website, install flooring, counsel you through life's changes, photograph your wedding, or clean your gutters.

Whether it’s something indulgent or practical, service-based businesses are all about helping people get stuff done. And from a no/low money startup perspective, these types of businesses usually cost less to launch than traditional product based business startups.

So begin your business life by offering a high profit service - lower risk & a lower cash investment needed. (NB: even a lawn mowing business can be started with what you already have, or you can buy second hand for a lower price)

You can start a service business with practically no money. Instead of money what you need is the ability to knock on doors and make sales. Even if you ultimately want a high-profit, high-volume product business; owning a service business can help you get there.

Use the service business framework to finance your dream business, while still learning the skills needed to own and run your own business.

SERVICE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY - Up to $5,500 paid

FINALLY, MAKE IT PUBLIC

Starting a business with no money means that you have to work hard to get the word out. Don’t keep your business a secret. Tell as many people as you can. Call your friends. Explain it to your family members.

Make it public.

Telling people will help you in several ways. For starters, it will give you extra energy. More importantly, it might help you land some of your first customers. People in your network could make valuable introductions.

Advertise your business for free. If you are willing to put in the work, there are many ways you can advertise your business for free or no money like Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace. The most important part of getting free advertising is that it requires sweat equity to learn how to do it.

Creating Ads That Work

CREATING ADVERTISING THAT WORKS

It doesn’t matter whether your business has been around for two months or two decades—a carefully planned and designed marketing strategy is essential to your success.

A good advertisement can bring in new customers or remind your old customers what you have to offer. ALL effective advertisements share a few of the same qualities. They are engaging, relevant, and well-timed—and most importantly, they draw potential customers into your business.

When I first needed to start taking notice of advertising - attracting customers to your product or service, I was taught that effective ad content and visuals followed the AIDA principle (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). It's often said that if your marketing or advertising is missing just one of the four AIDA steps, it will fail and it will fail hard.

In this quick overview here are five key principles that underpin all successful advertisements whether digitally or traditionally presented.

1 - Make People Stop and Pay Attention

First, your advertisement should make people stop what they’re doing and pay attention.

Most consumers view advertisements as interruptions and automatically ignore the messages.

Your advertisement needs MAKE PEOPLE STOP and pay attention, so it needs to be engaging to catch their interest. However, catching someone’s interest isn’t enough.

Many advertisements attract attention through gimmicks and jokes, but the important parts of the message—the company’s name or product—don’t stick with the customer.

An effective advertisement is interesting and informative, AND most importantly Your brand/company name stays in the customer’s mind.

2 - Advertise in the Right Places

From television to the Internet to printed media, there are plenty of places to advertise—but marketing mediums are not created equally.

So as a business owner - choose the advertising platforms that are most relevant to your target audience and create ads designed for the platform chosen and will reach your target customer. For example, a restaurant might create a morning radio commercial advertising their new breakfast menu while simultaneously advertising a dinner special on the local evening television.

Think about what your customers will be doing when they see your advertisement and plan your message that is solution-focused on meeting their needs/problems.

3 – Appeal to Emotion First and Reason Second

To create an effective advertisement, it’s essential to understand WHY your targeted customer will buy your products and services.

There are certainly logical reasons at hand based on the customer’s needs, but most consumers also base their purchases on emotional reasons. The most successful advertisements simultaneously appeal to a customer’s rational and emotional sides.

Catch your customer’s ATTENTION first with an emotional appeal that will make him or her want your product or service, and then follow up with rational reasons to convince the customer why he or she needs your product or service.

4 – Focus On Frequency

Why do prospects need to hear your message so many times before taking action?

If you are doing your marketing well, you are targeting the right people; your ideal customers. You have created powerful marketing materials that use the language your target audience relates to. You speak to their major problems and how you can solve them. Most consumers today generally need 9-12 exposures to your message before they are ready to make a decision or a purchase.

That means that it’s important to run your ads frequently—and in many cases, across multiple platforms—if you hope to reach a wider audience and increase your sales.

So why don’t people jump to their feet and grab what you have to offer the first time they see your message?

1. Background Noise In today’s world, people are being bombarded with commercial messages constantly. It is truly difficult to get past all this clutter and noise and be uniquely heard.

2. They don’t need you … yet! Even if you’ve done everything right ... it may simply mean that they may not need your product or service today or even this week. If they only see your marketing message one time, it’s not likely they’ll remember you tomorrow, or next week, or next year when they suddenly do need you.

When it comes to marketing out of sight is definitely out of mind.

3. They’re worried about the price In the current marketplace, disposable income places price in a front-of-mind position. therefore PRICE may very well be an issue preventing people considering your product/service.

Usually we find that potential customer objections about price are usually code for... “I’m not really sure I need or want your product”.

In reality, if someone really wants what you have to offer, it’s amazing how quickly they’ll figure out how to get the money to pay for it!

4. The main reason: they don’t know, like, or trust you! The real reason people don’t buy the first time they run across your marketing message is...

they don’t know you!

Remember what I said about noise.

  • It’s not just there are too many messages;
  • It's that there are too many messages out there that aren’t true.

Do you take every commercial, flyer, or email marketing message at face value?

or ...

Do you have your own BS meter that’s shouting “yeah, right!” when someone makes a claim?

Of course you do. I do too. If someone wants to sell to me, they need to prove they can do what they say. It takes time for people to get to know you – remember your name, your offer, your message.

Once they know you, they need time to get to like you – and your business. Over time, they’ll eventually start to trust you. Once they trust you, and continue to trust that you’re honest and will provide true value – then, and only then - will they be ready to buy from you.

How long does this process take?

Probably not in 1 - 7 contacts, BUT it really depends on

  • the value of your offer,
  • how badly they need it and
  • how many charlatans they’ve run across before.

5 – Coordinate Your Advertising Efforts

To increase customer awareness about your product, coordinate your marketing efforts so that each advertisement clearly reflects your company and your brand.

Consumers are more likely to take notice of your business when you have an integrated marketing plan that includes advertisements across multiple platforms.

By using the same theme of your television commercial in a magazine ad or on a website banner, customers will become more aware of what you’re selling and they’ll be more likely to remember your company’s name when they’re finally ready to buy.

Online marketing is often cost-effective and is becoming increasingly important to businesses of all sizes. Developing a separate online marketing plan to evaluate your options and help implement your strategy is vital in the modern marketplace.

Be aware that your online marketing may require different training to other forms of marketing. Depending on the type of business you run and your own particular marketing strategy, you and your staff may need to prioritise learning how to run or edit a website or effectively use social media, before learning how to communicate over the phone, or face-to-face. many online marketing tools of the past - such as pop-up advertising - are no longer considered acceptable by many internet users - even though they may still be effective.

Increase trust with SSL

Q. Why is SSL important?

A. An SSL certificate ensures all information transmitted to and from your website is protected from third parties attempting to access it. It is important because browsers, like Google Chrome, mark pages without https and the green padlock in the address bar as not secure and require users to make additional steps to open your webpage . This can have a negative effect on the trustworthiness and usability of your website. Pages that are protected with SSL receive better search engine rankings, and are more likely to be trusted by visitors.
